The Longshot Campaign is a campaign for Dungeons and Dragons. For those who are thinking "Campaign... Dungeons and Dragons... Huh???", then you are in luck.

Let us start with Dungeons and Dragons. Dungeons and Dragons (also abbreviated to D&D or DnD) is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game (or a RPG) that was created in 1974. In this game, the players consist of 1 Dungeon Master (a DM) and around 4 Player Characters (the PCs). The PCs make the game possible; they play the game. They defeat monsters, skilled warriors and spellcasters, and solve difficult puzzles. The DM is everything else; the monsters, the traps, the hills, the wind, the sea, the dungeons, the world, and the Universe. The DM is best known for being the Non-Player Characters (NPCs). NPCs are everybody else in the world; from a king to the evil warlord to the beggar on the side of the road. This game has set the standard for every other RPG in the world and has remained on top with about 20 million people worldwide playing.

A campaign is everything a player does and is in in the game. For example, in D&D, every campaign follows common rules for playing the game while a campaign is the setting that the PCs play the game in, and everything and everyone in it.

OK! Now you know what D&D is and and what a campaign is, I can tell you what Longshot is. Longshot is a D&D campaign that was originally created early summer 2006. It is packed with high action, dramatic mystery, and riches in wealth and  knowledge. If you want to learn more about the Longshot campaign, explore this site. Have Fun!
